Wi Fi over here should be no problem at all...and seeing as you sell Bass on Draught,have lovely weather, if you tell us Stoke fans that you have an Oatcake shop then its sounds like perfection!!(an oatcake is a local food delicacy, which is beautiful with cheese & tomato)

it was half - half before 2 years but now the home team has most of the stadium while the away has about 2000 fans.

its getting dark in about 6pm in November..

At the time of the match it will be dark for sure.

 

it used to be 65-35 for long time...the home team got the gates that you can see in the photo (5-7 for hapoel at the left, 8-11 for Maccabi), and all the gates that are under the roof. Nowdays the home team take all the gates besides 5 (for Hapoel, if we are the home team) or 11 (if Hapoel plays "home").

Maccabi IS Basketball!...I have seen European footage on Youtube & very impressed (mind you I used to play when I lived in Stoke)

Still...all this talk of drink.Gentlemen of tel Aviv, you need to try a good pint of Pedigree or Bass when your in town!

speaking of drinking -

There's a great beer pub in Rishon Le'zion, only 15 minutes from tel aviv, it contains great beer collection.

The pub name is "Idea bar" and some of us go there frequently. Many football fans are hangin' there . This bar has a great football atmosphere and good music as well.

and don't worry, in twenty years from now, the soccer team of maccabi will be an european empire like our basketall team. (yes, optimism is one of our characteristic as maccabi fans)

so no disrespect, but i think even Maccabi (yes, its out first group stage appearence) have more tradition in european cups than Stoke.

 

so i dont know about how good you are, truely.

 

but if i look into your road to the FA cup final:

 

bearly beat Cardiff (AET)

bearly beat Wolves (81' Huth)

won fairly against Brighton

copped well with West Ham

crushed Bolton

 

well, as you can see, most of the teams you played are not high level even for us.

so i cant really tell if its the fact that your club is good (and againg, could be, dunno) or its just the fact that you guys played clubs weaker than you, all the way to the final.

my first match in england was 2 years ago. iv'e seen a lot of liverpool matches and benayoun was playing there so i decided to go to anfield for a match. it was liverpool's first home fixture of the season, and after the atmosphere iv'e seen on tv and the great words i heard about liverpool fans, i excepcted something like hell. well, they haven't sang louder than israeli crowd and i was disappointed from them. the big surprise for me was stoke city fans, although liverpool won this match 4-0, stoke fans didn't stop singing for 90 minutes.
